Who we are
Educate the Children Foundation ("the Foundation", "we", "us") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and donors, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you accept the practices described here.

Cookies and similar technologies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may then stop working properly.
- Essential
- A session cookie and a security token keep forms working and protect against forged requests. These are required for the site to function.
- Your preference
- Your cookie-banner choice is remembered in your browser so we do not ask you every time.

- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the card form is loaded from Braintree. These providers may receive your IP address and browser details when the content loads.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Foundation, such as our payment processor and email or hosting providers, and only so far as they need it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of the Foundation or others.
Where your data is processed
Our providers may process information in other countries. Wherever it is handled, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a similar standard.
Keeping your data
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to satisfy accounting and tax rules for donation records.
Security
We use sensible technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in them or by contacting us.
